Quality Inspection Team Leader

A Quality Inspection Team Leader is required by a "best in-class" Engineering organisation that continue to grow and build on their successful reputation. They are now looking for an experienced Inspection Team Leader who will ensure all teams under their control are efficient deployed, perrmance managed to exceed targets and KPIs.

Working closely with the Inspection Manager and Production Manager you will establish workloads and priority requirements whilst pro-actively developing a strong performing team. You will create, review and maintain inspection documentation in accordance with QA policies.

The chosen Inspection Team Leader will have experience in managing teams and able to showcase skills and experience in appraisals, skill matrix and development to improve team, address poor performance and ensure a strong H&S environment. You will be able to showcase lean skills such as 5'S, along with knowledge in AS9100 and IS09001 within a precision manfucturing environment.
