IT Systems Manager SaaS Platform

We are looking to hire an IT Operations Manager / IT Systems / IT Business Support Manager for a leading solutions provider into the Automotive IT industry. This is a pivotal role to maximise Operational Performance ensuring a seamless service towards process, trouble shooting and SaaS platform performance.

Location – Herts, Bucks, Beds, Oxford, Surrey, Hants, Wilts, Northants (Flexible/hybrid working)

£45k – £50k circa + Pension & Fringe Benefits + Excellent career platform opportunities

We are keen to hear from ambitious IT Operations professionals with the experience, gravitas and expertise to lead robust Operational Support teams delivering process, incident management, technical and platform performance in a SaaS business.

Key focus:

Ensuring smooth and ongoing operation of B2B SaaS data management systems.
Evaluating and managing processes to ensure smooth day-to-day platform operation.
Initiating and actioning processes relating to monitoring incident management.
Introducing and developing reporting processes to measure service KPI's.
Handling 2nd line customer queries efficiently and informatively.
Adopt a customer centric and customer facing approach in handling day-to-day system operational adjustments and solutions to customer requests.
Proactive participation of roadmap planning anticipating future process implementation.
Day-to-day management of external hosting support providers and integration into incident management along with key operational processes.
Experienced people manager able to bring together technical IT functions, commercial teams, external suppliers, customers interfacing and deliver seamless process / operational support across the business.We are searching for a highly energetic individual with a can do mentality, capable of providing process and operational support to technical and operational within a SaaS based IT environment.
