Our Milton Keynes based client is looking for an E-Commerce Manager to join their team on a full time, permanent basis. This role will be predominantly home-based, however you will need to be able to attend the Milton Keynes office once per week.
Position: E-Commerce Manager
Hours: Monday to Thursday 8.30am to 5.30pm & 8.30am to 4pm on Fridays (1 hour lunch break)
Salary: £35,000 to £45,000 per annum (DOE) + Bonus Scheme
The job will involve…
– Managing, motivating, and delegating duties to the E-Commerce Marketing Executive and E-Commerce Account Executive
– Dealing with rapid growth and ensuring relationships with Amazon and Ebay are strong
– Managing change and adapting to new processes, holding strong relations with other departments, and implementing projects
– Acting as an escalation point for customer complaints and handling them quickly and effectively
– Managing all web stores through P1, Profile Autones, eBay and Amazon
– Improving search engine ranking and hits, and conversion rates through site design and content
– Planning and implementing a full plan and budget annually
– Reporting on email and telephone enquiries from customers to improve listings
– Providing the E-Commerce division with a plan to deliver sustainable growth whilst adhering to customer service KPIs
– Analysing competing sites
– Launching new products onto the site using CMS
– Creating and organising artwork, uploading it to and maintaining the site so all products are available to buy on the online ordering portal
– Producing external customer reports when required and monthly internal reports
– Attending customer meetings with management when required
– Promoting and selling the company’s products and services
– Assisting in the monitoring of stock and ensuring ETAs are provided to customers
The Person will…
– Have proven experience in E-Commerce sales
– Be able to manage sales budgets
– Have team management experience (ideally)
– Be proactive and motivated
– Be willing to develop and grow
– Have fantastic communication skills
– Be a strong relationship builder
– Have intermediate Excel skills
