Our enquiry levels are off the chart and as a result our New Homes Mortgage Helpline is currently recruiting Sales Consultants to join their fun and vibrant team based at our modern office in Milton Keynes.
Sales Consultant Responsibilities:
As a Sales Consultant you will be responsible for making and receiving calls to customers referred to us by our national housebuilder clients. You will assist them in the initial stages of the mortgage process, accurately recording their details as part of their mortgage application, with the ultimate intention of arranging an appointment with one of our specialist Mortgage & Protection Advisers.
Working Patterns:
Working on average 4.5 days each week, across a five week period with variable working patterns each week. Required to work 3 in 5 weekends on rota with weekday time off in lieu when working weekends.
Enjoy two 3 day long weekends off across each 5 week period!

Skills and Experience required to be a Sales Consultant:
Possess a track record in previous sales or customer service roles
Highly motivated, a quick thinker, and be able to accurately assess financial information under pressure
Excellent inter-personal skills with the ability to explain complex information in a clear and concise format
Able to quickly adapt to new software packages and online processes
A background in financial sales/service would be advantageous but is not essential
Comfortable working weekends and variable shifts as required
