The purpose of the EV Expansion Project Manager – UK is to drive the charging infrastructure roll out across the country. The role will be responsible for project managing the entire UK EV roll out project including retail and dealer forecourts, charging hubs and organic growth opportunities, working directly with the Head of Expansion and the expansion team, liaising across bp pulse teams for installation, finance and data teams for reporting and integrating into the wider FM&S and BP teams.

This is an exciting role for an experienced and enthusiastic project manager.

Key accountabilities:

* Play a key role in delivering the externally committed UK targets and global target of 70,000 EV unit by 2030.

* Lead the delivery of EV charging roll out at retail forecourts and EV Hub in the UK end to end, calling on UK teams support to manage the project from commercial agreement to installation

* Support and develop the standard execution model for deployment across site appraisal, network planning, procurement, installation, construction and commissioning/go-live.

* Create centralised reporting for opportunities and agreed pipeline of all EV hub models

* Support the Head of expansion with all EV governance process both internally and externally – while managing the interface with key suppliers and installation teams to delivery a great product in a safe and efficient manner.

* Led performance management and reporting of near-term progress against long term targets.

* Lead the creation and own the EV roll out plan across the region.

* Coordinate key project management process to maintain the EV roll out in an efficient and control manner.

* Maintain a close working relationship with each of the internal business and ensure lessons learned are shared.

* Contribute to the development of annual plans, budgets and support commercial input into the yearly EFM requests to support the roll out of the programme globally.

* Be the senior project point of contact for the UK
