The work keeps on rolling in and to keep up with demand they are currently looking for a number of people, including a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their ranks and work on industrial / warehouse projects in the region. The Senior Quantity Surveyor will join a high-quality commercial team and be initially assigned to a unique and highly sustainable multi-million-pound industrial project packed with innovation in Milton Keynes. Senior Quantity Surveyor – Duties & Responsibilities:
* Tendering and Procurement
* Cost Control and Budgeting
* Subcontract orders and negotiations
* Final Accounts
* Valuations
Senior Quantity Surveyor – skills, qualifications and experience:
* Comprehensive experience in a Quantity Surveyor capacity
* Industrial / Warehouse / Steel Frame / Groundworks experience is imperative
* Strong negotiation skills
* Comfortable working independently
* Exceptional communication skills
