Role: Hard and Ground Works Team Supervisor
Location: Milton Keynes
Salary: £25-27k
Do you have experience carrying out 'hard and grounds works' and land maintenance to a high standard? Do you have good communication and leadership skills with the ability to lead a small site team effectively and efficiently? If so, this role may very well be just the one for you!

Requirements:
Full driving license
Happy to work outside in all seasons
Occasional weekend work may be required
3 years experience in a similar role preferred but not essential
Be prepared and motivated to take on further training that will enhance your individual skill levels
Duties:
Carry out repairs and replacements associated with such 'hard' aspects as; fencing, park, fixtures and fittings, play areas and equipment, footpaths, bridges, boardwalks, art installations etc.
Identify any additional work required (or work which would enhance site development).
Ensure all machinery is properly maintained and in good working order, being used correctly and safely
Carry out risk assessments and implement measures, including health and safety measures, on site.
Assist with keeping the parks tidy and presentable; carry out litter picking, minor graffiti removal and other duties as required.
Assist with the training of other staff and 3rd parties as required
Liaise with the Direct Works Manager and other team members on issues associated with the management of the green estate
As part of a call-out system, respond to incidents, alarms and emergencies regarding The Trust's holdings as required
