Site Manager required for a new build timber frame development in Milton Keynes.

We require an experienced, fully qualified Site Manager with a strong timber frame house building background.

Main responsibilities:

* Managing the development to maintain and deliver the build programme in accordance with budgets and forecasts.

* Full responsibility and control of all site staff and sub-contractors.

* Liaison with head office.

* Ordering of materials ensuring build programme can be achieved.

Must have SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid certification
