Client Services Executive (Client Account Executive)

High Wycombe, BucksNew role for an experienced Client Service / Customer Service specialist to join an award winning global FinTech company at an exciting stage of their continued growth.
The Role:
As a Client Services Executive, you're a key point of contact for all major corporate clients providing daily operational and trading assistance and, you'll be an ambassador for the Company's product and service and will be supporting the day to day relationship of these key clients. This will involve:
Providing operational support and being a 'go to' person for the product cycle
Managing all stages of the client lifecycle from on-boarding and integration to daily bookings and support
Develop in-depth product awareness to deliver superb customer service
Handle, investigate and resolve client queries/issues
Relationship management by keeping the 'client experience' an absolute prioritySkills and Experience Required:
You'll be passionate about customer service and have demonstrable experience within a client facing customer services environment. You'll also possess:
Keen eye for detail and accuracy in your work
Excellent communication and rapport building skills
Ability to work under pressure, plan your workload and manage deadlines
Commercial awareness and the confidence to identify and promote new opportunities to existing clients
A drive to solve problems and take 'ownership' of client issues/queries to completion
