HRGO Recruitment Northampton are looking to recruit 2 Returns/Supply chain Administrators tio work for our client in Milton Keynes
Pay: £11.00
Hours of work: Mon-Fri – 8.30 – 17.00
Duration: temp/perm for the right candidate
Location: Milton Keynes
Assist and support the Returns Manager in their day to day tasks.
Co-ordinate Returns with Warehouse, Suppliers, Sales and Customer Service Departments
Duties
Execute and perform returns activities within the warehouse;
Ensuring that all actions meet the required levels of accuracy and quality including documentation;
Ensuring that return tasks are completed according to procedures in a timely manner, ensuring appropriate prioritisation;
Skill Requirements
Must have High level GCSE Qualifications.
Must have a Good working Knowledge of Microsoft office package especially Excel.
Must be able to quickly adapt to other software packages including Dynamics Nav and ZigZag returns Portal.
Must be self-motivated, be able to work on a number of different tasks at one time and to tight deadlines.
Ability to communicate in a professional manner via email and over the phone.
