Forest Care Selection is working in partnership with a national charity, who provide specialist support to clients with learning disabilities, autism, acquired brain injuries and complex care needs, either in a community based or residential setting. They have an exciting new job opportunity for an Assistant Manager to support their specialist neurorehabilitation service based in Milton Keynes on a fixed term 3-month contract.

As the Assistant Manager based in Milton Keynes, you will be responsible for supporting the service manager in overseeing and delivering exceptional care to all clients within a specialist service. The Assistant Manager based in Milton Keynes will also lead the staffing team across the services in the absence of the service manager, making sure they are fully engaged and that their training is kept up to date.

The Assistant Manager based in Milton Keynes should have gained strong experience in leading a busy care team at a deputy or assistant manager level, have knowledge of identifying poor practices, experience of implementing new policies and procedures and excellent working knowledge of CQC regulations.

The Assistant Manager based in Milton Keynes should have also gained previous experience of working at a senior level, supporting clients with Autism and Learning disabilities. A QCF Level 3 or above in health and social care and full driving licence is also desirable.
