Secondary – Teacher of MFL (Spanish) – Aylesbury
Supply Desk are recruiting for a hugely popular school in Aylesbury, highly-regarded both academically and socially. This is a state comprehensive, with a strong vision for the future and the strength of leadership and capacity to achieve their goals. The school require a Teacher of Spanish to join on a long term contract basis, with the likelihood of the role going permanent from the next academic year. The school will be interviewing ASAP as they are keen to secure a quality teacher for a September start.

THE SCHOOL:
Ofsted have rated the school “Good”, stating that the school have created a senior leadership team that shares their determination and ambition for the pupils to do extremely well. They have gained the support of staff by allowing them to use their individual skills, to be creative and innovative in ways they feel are right for the students.
New leaders successfully introduced new approaches that led to GSCE results being well above the national averages and a quarter of pupils achieving the highest grades.
THE ROLE:
This position is full-time. You will be expected to perform the full teaching role and take on extra responsibilities where required. You will be paid to scale from day one of this position.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

QTS or overseas equivalent qualification
UK experience and/or experience in long-term positions with similar age groups teaching Spanish
