A Specialist School in High Wycombe is seeking several SEN Teaching Assistants to join their team on an ongoing basis with the potential to go permanent!    
     
This is a Special School currently supporting over 200 students ranging from ages 3 to 19 years. The school is located over two sites in Cressex and Downley and Teaching Assistants may be asked to work within any of our departments for children with severe or profound and multiple learning difficulties across either site.
     
As a Teaching Assistant here, you will be working with pupils who have Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties or Severe Learning Difficulties with additional physical and sensory needs or complex needs.
   
You will play a key role in supporting teachers by mentoring disaffected young people with varying learning needs and challenging behaviour to make positive choices about their future.    
Additionally, you will provide support for off site activities, personal development and sports programmes.
