Our client is seeking an Internal Sales Executive, you will join a well-established, expanding company based in Marlow.

£22K – £25K (per annum) D.O.E plus uncapped commission.

Responsibilities will involve developing new leads, communicating with customers (understanding their needs) and ensuring a smooth sales process. You must have the ability to build instant rapport with customers, being a good listener and ensuring customer satisfaction. Full training will be given and progression into a sales role dealing with large corporate accounts can be offered.

Responsibilities

* Communicating with customers, making outbound calls to potential customers and following up on leads

* Understanding customers’ needs/identifying sales opportunities

* Answering/dealing with incoming customer enquiries

* Explaining/upselling features of products over the phone and by email

* Following up on quotations and chasing up of orders

* Assisting the Marketing Team

* Sending out mailshots

Experience required

* Previous sales experience or a strong account management background

* Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)

* Good organisational skills with the ability to multitask
