We are currently recruiting for a Kitchen Manager to join our wonderful team in Central Milton Keynes, working 35-40 hours a week, on a permanent basis. The Kitchen manager role is paying up to £30,000 per year

Based in Central Milton Keynes

Your Responsibilities

Managing food production within the relevant section of the kitchen

Implement and maintain the Company standards for food production, development and chef behaviours on site

Deliver training and mentoring to the site based junior team

Drive sales and profitability through implementing initiatives driven by the Management Team

Ensure you work in a clean, safe and compliant way

Ensure standards for food presentation are maintained

Ensure food policy and strategy in areas such as allergen management are implemented and followed and food safety is proactively managed across the business
