Job Summary
Working within Complaints team, the post holder is responsible for dealing with a variety of administration type duties on behalf of the Complaints team. The post holder must be detail focussed and be able to multi task on a variety of admin related duties. The job holder must possess excellent time management skills and be proficient in all Microsoft Office applications. The job holder will have worked within an Admin function and must be well organized and able to meet targets, work independently as well as part of a team and able to communicate effectively at all levels.
Key responsibilities and accountabilities:
Responsibilities:
Work the DSAR queue and produce DSAR data and responses
Open and log all post received on a daily basis
Log all incoming written complaints and issue acknowledgement e mails
Log all incoming CMC complaints.
Undertake any general admin duties assigned to the team
