Job Title: HR Advisor 

Location: Milton Keynes 

Salary: Up to £28,000 

My client is going through an exciting period of growth and they are looking for an experienced HR Advisor to join their team based in Milton Keynes. You will need to be confident in dealing with all aspects of HR and provide a high quality of HR advise to managers and employees. This is an excellent opportunity if youre looking to take the next step in your career. 

Knowledge and Experience:

· Experience of working in a previous HR Advisor role

· Evidence of building good relationships with customers, colleagues and key contacts across the business.

· Familiarity with using business systems such as Word, Excel and ideally, an HRIS or similar enterprise system.

· Understanding of the provisions of the GDPR

· Support with employee performance

· Managing HR processes

· Dealing with reports and meeting deadlines

You should have:

· CIPD level 5 or above

· Excellent written and oral communication

· Excellent literacy and numeracy

· The ability to follow processes accurately and consistently

· Energy, enthusiasm and confidence, including the ability to challenge when necessary

· An ability to organise and prioritise own work, seeking to help colleagues when workload is unevenly distributed.

· Good time management skills
