Douglas Scott is currently looking for a Corporate and Commercial Solicitor to join our clients excellent firm, based in Gerrards Cross, Buckinghamshire.

Our client is looking for a candidate who is 3 to 5 years PQE, where you will have experience working a varied caseload, of corporate and commercial matters. The ideal candidate will be one who has excellent technical ability, who is bright and takes initiative. You will have direct exposure to a wide variety of clients, from including serial entrepreneurs, owner managed businesses, mid-tier corporates and overseas business, all with a UK presence

You will be joining a busy and friendly team where you will work autonomously, given the opportunity to handle matters of your own, alongisde the support and guidance from other more experienced solicitors.

You will provide business advice and guidance on a wide spectrum of issues ranging from commercial contracts through to transactional corporate matters, such as joint ventures, business and share sales and acquisitions, corporate restructuring and constitutional and shareholder issues.
