Customer Service Executive
Job Type: Full Time, Permanent
Working hours: 8:30am – 5:00pm
37.5 hour working week.
Own transport is a must.
Job role:
* Answering the phone
* Informing customers of out-of-stock items
* Taking orders
* Processing orders over the phone
* Dealing with customer enquiries in a timely and efficient manor
* Liaising with the warehouse.
* General office admin on an adhoc. basis
* Liaising with Suppliers
