We have an exciting new permanent position, to join our client's growing team within the Import Department.
We can offer the Import administrator: –
£22.000 per annum
Monday – Friday (37.5 hours per week) flexible between 8am and 6pm

The Import Administrator will be supporting the Import Coordinator and have experience or knowledge of: –
Import of goods
Booking and arranging transport
Customs processes The Import Administrator will be responsible for the following:-
Obtaining shipping documents ahead of schedule for goods in transit.
Overdue reports – checking goods are shipping on schedule Delivery Discrepancies – short deliveries etc.
Maintaining the containers shipping schedule
Obtain relevant shipping documents, distribute and upload to server.
Obtain prices for import deliveries.
Arrange and coordinate sisters deliveries and EU factories.
Advise issues/problems relating to a specific shipment to relevant departments.
Record keeping and maintaining of all shipments via ocean, air and courier – ensuring we have all documents.
Resolving queries regarding customs
Booking deliveries onto the in-house system.
Liaising with external warehouses, freight companies, couriers.
