Our client, is a public distance learning and Research University, and one of the biggest universities in the UK for undergraduate education.
They are looking to recruit an experienced Campaign Manager to join their Resource Team, starting asap for 3 months, working 37hrs a week and paying between £21.58 – £25.76ph, which equates to £41,526 – £49,553pa. This role will work from home and equipment will be supplied. The Open University is currently undergoing a significant transformation and change programme and requires an experienced recruiter to lead a concerted campaign over the next 3 months.
Working closely with the Transition Director, Head of Resourcing and Programme leads, you will closely manage a number of high profile senior hires with the following responsibilities;
Stakeholder engagement, management and communication through the campaign, providing real time reporting updates and weekly summaries
Managing end to end recruitment processes with a mixture of direct sourcing complemented by PSL agency support
Market mapping, longlisting and telephone screening candidates to provide qualified shortlists to recruiting panels
Coordinating diverse panel creation and ensuring all selection requirements are understood and consideredCandidates should have experience recruiting senior roles in the Transformation, Organisation Development and Business Change arena, meaning you will have sufficient knowledge to screen candidates and conduct shortlisting meetings in an informed way with panels.
