Home Based Sales Development Representative, SDR, HR Software, SaaS, £25,000 Basic, £32,000 OTE. This role as a SDR is with a leading HR software provider taking marketing-generated leads and qualifying them to the next stage. All leads are generated for you, but it requires a new-business oriented individual that can network within the enquiries to identify key stakeholders. You are then tasked with describing how the solutions can solve their problems, provide case studies and 'hold their hand' through the sales process to a trial and then a full commercial meeting.

This is a home-based role with training and fortnightly meetings at the HQ in High Wycome. It is planned that this role will then grow into a Business Development Manager role within one year, which will be field based with a basic salary of £40,000.

What's needed?

* It is an ideal role for a graduate with a couple of years of sales experience looking to progress into a field-based software sales role.

* You will be an intelligent and credible person that is self-motivated, goal-driven, ambitious and results-oriented

* You will be highly personable with the ability to forge strong business partnerships at senior levels (clients are typically HR Directors, Senior HR Managers, CHRO, COO and CEOs)

* You will be a highly credible, trustworthy professional that is a confident communicator

* Finally, you will recover quickly from setbacks and keep going no matter how tough the day has been.
