Our renowned client is currently looking to recruit a Recruitment Lead on an initial 3 month contract, looking to start immediately and working from home initially.

The successful candidate will have previous experience recruiting Senior roles in the Transformation, Organisation Development and Business Change arena and have ideally worked within internal recruitment previously. You will have excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, be experienced managing the complete lifecycle of roles and be comfortable working with MSP’s and agency support.

Key duties

* Stakeholder engagement, management and communication through the campaign, providing real time reporting updates and weekly summaries

* Managing end to end recruitment processes with a mixture of direct sourcing complemented by PSL agency support

* Market mapping, longlisting and telephone screening candidates to provide qualified shortlists to recruiting panels

* Liaising with our MSP to ensure interim options are in place for all roles not covered with a permanent or FTC appointment by September

* Coordinating diverse panel creation and ensuring all selection requirements are understood and considered

* Ensuring the OU’s strategic objectives for transformation and EDI objectives are fully captured and reflected in all recruitment processes

* Providing overflow support to the Resourcing team for high profile ‘Executive’ appointments
