Our client, well-known in their industry, are looking to take on a talented individual to join their Telesales Team on a Temp to Perm basis. With exciting growth plans in the coming year, they are looking for individuals who are confident and ambitious.
The main purpose of this role is to generate leads, increase revenue and book appointments. The successful candidate will be given ongoing training and join a high-energy, fast-paced sales team.
Role:
•Making outbound calls to businesses
•Generating opportunities for our Sales Team
•Managing the sales pipeline
Required Experience:
GCSE Level Math & English
Ideally have experience in a Sales or Customer Service role in an office environment
Excellent communication skills to liaise and negotiate with customers and clients effectively to build relationships and a rapport
Customer focused with a proactive and ‘can do’ attitude

This position will be a Temporary assignment initially through Better Prospects as the Agency. As the role progresses, there is opportunity for it to become Permanent.
30 Hours a week: Monday – Friday 9:00am – 3:00pm
Salary: £10.00 Per Hour on Temp. £19,000 when Perm
