CarmichaelUK are working with Highways/Construction/Utilities contracting Group who are looking for a Recruitment Administrator to join their growing team in a 6 month temp role.
This role will be predominantly working from home but you you will be required to attend internal meetings at the depot in Beaconsfield from time to time.
Roles and responsibilities
To set up interviews between candidates and hiring managers; ensuring calendars are updated and full briefing is carried out
To write job descriptions and adverts as and when required, using the recruitment ATS to advertise the roles via the relevant methods
To screen CV’s according to agreed criteria – approve/hold/reject candidates within ATS
To qualify that candidates are suitable for the role by questioning/telephone interviewing them against the brief given
To arrange the payment of invoices as and when required
To liaise with the marketing team in relation to recruitment materials
To ensure the ATS is kept up to date at all stages of recruitment process
To attend Emerging Talent Assessment Centres as and when required
To support further projects as required by the Recruitment Team
To manage the candidate experience throughout the recruitment process to ensure a positive candidate experience for all
To carry out other ad-hoc recruitment duties and when req
Experience required
Previous experience working within an administrative / customer facing position
Ability to prioritise, work with high volumes and manage multiple tasks
Strong communication skills with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders and candidates
Good IT skills (Word, Excel, Office 365)
Previous recruitment experience a strong advantage
