Customer Support Advisor – 6-month Fixed Term Contract
Hours of work: 37.5 hours per week on a shift basis between 8am-8pm Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm Saturday and 10-4pm Sunday rotated.
Do you have at least one years’ previous experience in dealing with inbound calls, webchat, and email in a technical customer services environment? Are you an excellent communicator with the ability to work calm under pressure in a busy, fast-paced environment?
We are seeking enthusiastic and passionate Customer Support Advisors to join a rapidly expanding team for a nationally renowned payment solutions giant based in Milton Keynes. You will be the first point of contact for customers, aiming to quickly understand their needs and resolve any issues efficiently. If you like helping people, are technically minded and have a can-do attitude, then this role is for you.
Skills and Abilities:
Minimum one year’s previous experience dealing with inbound calls, webchat and email in a technical customer service environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – professional, polite and confident on the phone.
Technically proficient / minded.
Customer focused with the ability to demonstrate influence and empathy.
Strong problem-solving skills.
Results driven with a commitment to quality.
High attention to detail/accuracy levels.
