We are seeking a senior P6 Planner to work on a major package of works on HS2 in North West London. 

Candidates will require a solid understanding of ground excavation methodology, NEC Option C form of contract and P6.

The package of works include interface with tunnelling.  Reinforced concrete, building reinforced concrete core walls to ground level, waterproofing, excavation and construction of head house

Work is expected to last 2 years and this role has been assessed as OUTSIDE IR35

ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Reporting to the Project Manager

Ensure that the periodic project reporting requirements are met for both internal and client through the provision of schedule delay and critical path analysis reports as required

Work with project team to ensure project schedules are accurately developed and maintained with accurate resource /cost loading where relevant

Weekly updates of programme – 97 week schedule

Weekly progress updates via walking site with respective engineers

Attending client meetings

Requirements:

Immediate Start

Experienced in NEC Option C Contracts

Ground Excavation / Shafts / Tunnelling package experience

**Please note this role is Site Based and will require a full time on-site presence
