This is a great opportunity to join my client who are a five star housing developer.

You will be construction site based, supporting the team in preparing homes for their customers and also supporting the customer service team with any aftercare that is required once the customer has moved into their property.

The successful candidate will come from a multi trade background and have experience working in a similar role either as a handyman/woman on site or a maintenance environment.

This role is customer facing so experience in this environment is essential, with good customer service skills and also a smart appearance.

In return you will receive a basic salary of up to £38,000 depending on experience, plus company van with fuel card plus other company benefits.
