Role Profile:

Once trained, the role will involve fault rectification and support on a wide range of traffic signal equipment across multiple contracts. This role will involve travel, some locations being Milton Keynes, Gloucestershire and Oxfordshire. you will also be sent on internal and external training courses so we ensure you are confident in your work and always being upskilled.

Once successfully trained you will be able to take on the following responsibilities.

Join a 1 in 4 standby roster on completion of training
Provide technical support to Maintenance engineers
Provide commissioning support for traffic signal and associated equipment
Responsible for carrying out individual Health and Safety risk assessments on site, plus adhering to any local H&S procedures
Periodic inspections on all customer traffic signal equipment, ensuring schedule is maintained and correct paperwork generated
Self-tasking and clearance of faults utilising the Fault Management system mobile application
Take direct responsibility for the contracts you are working on liaising directly with the customer where necessary
