Vanta Staffing are recruiting for this exciting Letting Valuer role for a local company. Based in Amersham you would be working 8.30am – 6pm Monday to Friday and would also be required to work Saturdays on a rota system (currently 1 in 3). The salary is £17,000 – £22,000 depending on experience but also has a commission structure.

We are looking for a hardworking, motivated person who wants to work hard. Experience in real estate is essential.

The role include everything from sales & lettings negotiations to keeping customers up to date with the marketing of their property. You will give professional advice to individuals and businesses who buy, sell, and rent land and property. You will estimate the market value of land, buildings, and real estate, to help clients maximise their profit from a sale or rental agreement.
