Intermediate Revit Technician (Building Services) Milton Keynes, Bucks

£40K + Excellent Benefits Package

This role is to join an established consulting engineering practice who specialise in design within the mechanical and electrical field.

Design work undertaken includes refrigeration, sprinkler systems and insulated structure installations, along with all specialist service elements that are required. They also have a specialised team in automated warehousing, projects for the e-commerce market covering general merchandise, clothing and food distribution markets.

Due to continued growth within the business, they are now looking for an Intermediate Revit Technician to join their team.

Key Expectations

* Proficient in the use of Revit, including:

* Ability to examine and transfer 2D design layouts/mark-ups into Revit 3D geometry

* Ability to draw/model all MEP services in Revit

* Proficient in the use of 2D AutoCAD.

* Experience in the building services industry is essential.

* Ability to produce on time & accurate delivery of CAD/Revit work.

* Provide evidence of experience and understanding of drawing design of buildings.

* Confident communicator who isn’t afraid to ask the Design Engineer questions in order to understand their design requirements.

* Ability to establish a good working relationship with the Architects, Design Engineers and the CAD/Revit team.

* Utilising relevant office project software including Revit & Navisworks.

* Production of coordinated 3D BIM models in line with current design practices
