Maintenance manager required for our client who is based in Aston Clinton.

The position is full time and the main focus is to ensure the client has a robust maintenance program in place for their facilities and equipment.

As the site Maintenance Manager, you will be responsible for the full maintenance function. You will be working closely with the operations team to ensure all equipment is maintained in accordance with required standards.

You would be responsible for:
" The maintenance strategy to ensure the best manufacturing performance.

" Leading the maintenance team to ensure the delivery of high levels of plant availability and reliability to ensure production schedules are met.

" Support the delivery of capital expenditure projects.

To be successful, the client is looking for someone with the following skills and experience:

HNC in Engineering / Electrical

Experience of a TPM program system

Heavy plant experience

Experience of working on CAPEX projects

Management experience

Excellent communication and organisation skills

Working knowledge of MS office

Working ours are 8am – 4pm Monday – Friday
Salary £40,000
