You will be providing confident HR advice, guidance and support to the business, a flourishing professional services firm right in the heart of MK.
This role is part of a collaborative HR team, where you'll work to share best practice and get alignment, to ensure a seamless HR service is provided right across the business.
Location: Milton Keynes – commutable from Bedford, Northampton, Luton, Buckingham, Aylesbury, Dunstable, Banbury, etc.
Salary: circa £35,000
Benefits: Pension, 25 Days' Holiday (+ Bank Hols), Healthcare cover
Hours: Full time, 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday – with some flexibility around start and finish times, plus options for home working on occasion
It's important that you've got a really generalist background in HR, across ER, L&D, Reward, Engagement, etc. and worked at an advisory or business partner level.
You should be confident to take ownership of HR projects such as engagement surveys, annual appraisals, etc. delivering them on time and to a high standard.
The key focus for this role is building effective relationships with your stakeholders, especially line managers, able to influence, guide and educate them to better manage their teams.
You'll ideally be CIPD qualified (to Level 5 or above) or demonstrate equivalent qualifications along with good HR experience, ideally in a similar corporate environment.
