Care and Recruitment Coordinator
Nightingale Services is a private care provider for people living in their homes. In addition we are a nursing agency providing carers to Nursing Homes nationwide. Our Goal is to provide compassionate care to all our clients locally.
As a Care and Recruitment Coordinator we are looking for suitable candidates with care experience to assist the registered Manager in delivering care to our clients and help us meet the growing client base in both Home and Live In Care.
You will be groomed to take on the role of a Registered Manager and as such we are looking for a an ambitious, dedicated, enthusiastic care person who will help our expansion plans. You must also assist in recruiting carers. As a bonus you will also be exposed to the Nursing agency.
We are looking for someone who has experience in working within a care role as a carer at the minimum with or with out NVQ level 2/3 Qualification but a desire to become a care coordinator. If already experienced we are willing to consider and reward appropriately.
The role is for a minimum of 30 hours per week and involves some w/e and out of hours work on rota and is primarily office based.
A DBS check is essential. Update service accepted.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist the registered manager in coordinating care, rostering
* Assist in setting up Care packages
* Provide operational support to the Registered manager and the CEO
* Participate in the on call Rota service
* Fill in gaps in rotas in an emergency where qualified and appropriate
* Support in recruiting and compliance of candidates.
* Providing comprehensive , high quality administration support
* Assist in the management of incoming calls, originating calls where necessary
* additional duties as and when required and appropriate with the scope of skill sets
