Role: Ecologist

Location: South to Midlands

Rate: Dependent Upon Experience

Role:

Shorterm Group are currently working with a tier one contractor who is working on the HS2 project. To support their works and to ensure compliance with environmental legislation they are looking to recruit a team of ecologists to work on long term contracts between Aylesbury to Lichfield.

The team will comprise of experienced ecologists (a minimum of three years' experience) who hold various licences and experiences to perform the works, these include:

GCN
Door mouse
Barn Owl
Bat (minimum level 2)

The person will be a confident self-starter who is capable to interact with varying levels of construction personnel within a pressurised environment. The role requires a CSCS (construction skills card) and for the role you will perform the required inductions within the HS2 project to carry out the works.

In return the client provides an exciting opportunity to have a positive impact on one of the UK's largest construction projects. The role is on a long term contract basis, however for the right candidates there is a possibility of permanent employment.
