Finance Manager, ACCA/CIMA Qualified or finalist, Milton Keynes, c£50,000

Our client, a well established, rapidly growing and successful retail group, is seeking a Finance Manager to join their efficient UK finance team. This pivotal role reports to the Financial Controller and will oversee and develop a team of experienced finance individuals.

As the Finance Manager, your responsibilities will include:

* Building relationships with key payment platform providers

* Supervision and development of Finance Assistants

* Fixed Asset Register Maintenance

* Ledger and Bank Reconciliation closing in accordance with month end timetables

* Data collation for monthly/quarterly returns

The Finance Manager will also support the Financial Controller with any ad-hoc requests for information/analysis. For this role we are looking for someone who is ideally ACCA/CIMA/ACA Qualified, or part qualified depending on experience level. The individual will be well versed in IT based accounting packages, preferably Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Dynamics Navision. You will have had experience in managing or supervising others in the past, with a keen eye for detail. Working as part of a small team to ensure that required expectations on all deliverables are met, you will also require confident and effective communication skills.
