Our Benefits! In return for your contribution to the store's performance, we offer a competitive base salary of £21,000 p.a. plus uncapped individual commission (paid monthly on top of your salary) once your minimum target is achieved. On Target Earnings c. £25,000 p.a.

The Role – Administrator We are currently looking for an Administrator to join our team. You would play a significant role in helping us to achieve our vision, by providing efficient and comprehensive administrative support to the Store Manager and ensuring all administrative tasks are completed to a high standard.
Your role as an Administrator will involve:
Provide administrative support to the store team using a variety of Benson's & mainstream software.
Provide professional and timely customer service through a variety of communication channels and deal with enquiries in a timely manner.
Maintain the store order book.
Provide a comprehensive and efficient administrative service to all members of the team and management.
Undertake all necessary learning and development.
Work flexibly to meet the needs of the business, supporting the team in line with flexible working arrangements.
Working closely with your store colleagues to ensure we offer every customer an outstanding in-store experience, we will give you extensive product training, and ongoing coaching and support throughout your time with us, giving you every opportunity to succeed, progress and build your perfect career!
It should be noted that due to the nature of our products being large and sometimes heavy, the role will involve you and your colleagues moving products around in-store to position them to sell, and some cleaning tasks will be necessary to ensure the store and our products are in the best possible condition for our customers.
Skills needed We are looking for an Administrator with pride, passion and a positive ‘can do' attitude, devoted in providing efficient administration support to the Store Manager and Team with professionalism. Driven to achieve your targets. You will enjoy engaging with a wide variety of people and can adapt your approach as appropriate to build rapport and establish their needs.
Ideally you will have worked in an administration previously and have confident communication skills, both verbally and written and be resilient and resourceful when you need to be. You will be able to work under pressure and have the ability to meet the required deadlines.
