As our Technical Trainer, you will deliver best practice soft skill and technical training to team members, maximising effectiveness by ensuring team members have a thorough knowledge of products, services & systems, can effectively use communication skills, troubleshoot, resolve problems and provide positive customer experience to existing and potential TMS clients and customer base. You will assess team member performance as it relates to delivered training content and instruction and identifies needed training modification.
Main responsibilities as our Technical Trainer will include:
– Designing, delivering and evaluating internal training including Induction and Product knowledge
– Designing contact centre training courses and programmes that support the business objectives of the client projects
– Regularly liaising with the senior training personnel on new ways of delivering solutions and introducing best practice training initiatives to the operations
– Assessing Advisors performance on the job, identifying training requirements and reporting appropriately to Line Management, supporting the ongoing development and coaching of the front line management team
– Working closely with Team Managers to carry out training needs analysis with the advisor team, identifying development plans which assist with improving advisor knowledge and performance
– Assisting the Team Managers in the development of training and development plan outputs
What we’re looking for in our Technical Trainer:
– A Bachelor’s degree, other related training in lieu of a degree will be accepted
– Typically, a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
– Training design and delivery experience in a Financial Services Contact Centre
– Knowledge of developing professional expertise
– The ability to work on problems of moderate scope where analysis of situations or data requires a review of a variety of factors
– Proficiency in multiple products and technologies with good understanding of cross-functional dependencies
– The ability to dissect and transfer knowledge to diverse audiences
– The ability to tailor training content to meet audience requirements
