Konnect are currently recruiting on behalf of a 5* house builder with a regional office based in the Thames Valley that specialise in the development of both social housing and private spec housing throughout the area.

Due to an increase in workload the client are currently recruiting for an Assistant Site Manager to be based around the Gerrards Cross area to initially work on a project in the Wembley area for 9 months but after that go back onto a project in the Thames Valley area for them. Candidates must have at least 2 years experience as an Assistant Site Manager and must be based within an hour of Gerrards Cross. Due to the level of experience required the client have stated they would be looking to pay up to £40k + package.
