Shift Electrical Maintenance Engineer

Salary: £40,000 – 45,000

OTE: £50,000+

Location: Milton Keynes

A world renowned manufacturer based in Milton Keynes, are currently recruiting for a multi-skilled, electrical bias shift engineer to join their current team. The business is growing massively, despite the current worldwide situation and the growth doesn't seem like it is slowing down anytime soon. With large profits over the past 12-months, the investment into the engineering team has nearly doubled and the company are able to offer extensive internal training, many progression opportunities and the option to move into a project role.

This position will require the successful candidate to perform both planned and reactive maintenance on the production line, mostly dealing with electrical faults although there is a requirement to assist with mechanical maintenance, so the need to be multi-skilled is essential. You will be working on a rotating days & nights shift pattern, with each shift being 12-hours. Added with a competitive salary package and many overtime opportunities, there is also a company pension in place.

The Shift Electrical Maintenance Engineer will need for this role:

Multi-skilled, with a strong electrical bias
Ok working days & nights rotating shift pattern
An electrical engineering apprenticeship
Able to fault find on PLC's
Experience working within a factory environment
