Project Programme Coordinator
Milton Keynes
£45,000 – £50,000 + package
Fourblue are seeking a Project Programme Coordinator for one of our clients who adopt and operate HV and LV electricity distribution network assets, providing power connections to residential, industrial and commercial customers across the UK.
Key responsibilities of the Project Programme Coordinator:
Overall responsibility for co-ordinating project progress of network construction by external ICP’s
Ensuring all administrative processes are resourced to provide support to all internal activities. E.g. design, approval, adoption and operational management
Maintain a visible programme of all projects throughout the end to end process
Provide regular and continuous progress monitoring and reporting to senior management
Maintain good communications with ICP’s clients and customers
Maintaining good quality information and filing systems to ensure compliant data management Knowledge & Experience of the Project Programme Coordinator:
Project Management skills
Hands on administration management
Team leadership
An understanding of the importance of quality administration to support legislative requirements e.g. health and safety and environmental requirements
