We’re looking for someone with a passion for HR systems and employee life-cycle to further strengthen and grow our busy and engaging HR Systems/ Shared Services team. Our HR Systems Team Leader will provide a pro-active and well-rounded Human Resources systems support to staff and managers, adding value and positively contributing towards the achievement of our business objectives as set out in the Corporate Plan.
This is a new role into our structure reporting to the HR Manager. Whilst we are looking for someone who will be keen to grow and develop with our organisation, the role is aimed at already experienced HR systems professionals who is either already working at a Team Leader level (or similar) or wanting to make that next step in their career, being able to demonstrate experience working towards it along with their enthusiasm and ambition for growth.

Your HR Systems Team Leader Role:
We are seeking an experienced individual to support the broader People Management team and business by both hands-on operational HR administration/ coordination as well as managing a small team performing HR and L&D coordination. Other Key Accountabilities will include:
To deliver a critical service to the PM Team and Managers across the organisation by providing expert knowledge and being a subject matter expert on all HR, Payroll and L&D systems, ensuring they are operating efficiently, and that all information held within them is accurate, up to date and treated confidentially. To continually drive improvement by assessing and automating transactional processes where possible, and to make the best use of our Human Resources within the team. To ensure ongoing maintenance and improvement of all systems and oversee the development and production of HR analytics for the business.
Work alongside the HR Manager in building relationships across the organisation to understand wider business priorities and context and create people solutions to achieve the best organisational outcomes, whilst supporting the full employee life-cycle.

To become part of our successful People Management Team as our next HR Systems Team Leader, we are seeking a candidate with the following skills and attributes:
Essential Criteria:
Significant experience of using MHR iTrent HRIS with system administration knowledge
Experience of running HR & Payroll processes
Experience in an administration role with an HR department or similar, dealing with confidential information and multiple priorities
High level of proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
Experience of using Business Objects reporting tool
Strong numeracy skills.
Ability to produce reports from the HR data base and analyse and interpret data, reporting findings clearly
Excellent organisational skills and proven ability to work on multiple projects within strict deadlines.
Preferred Criteria:
Experience of working with L&D or Recruitment systems
Highly capable team player with Team Leader experience
Experience of using Business Objects reporting tool
Working knowledge of key current aspects of employment law
Part CIPD qualified or working towards it

You will be office based in Wooburn Green, High Wycombe, located less than five minutes’ drive from junction 3 of the M40, with free parking onsite. The assignment will initially be fulfilled remotely as we are currently accessing the office on a rota basis during the COVID-19 restrictions and are considering hybrid working in the future with a mix of office and home working.
