A leading infrastructure contractor require a proven Quantity Surveyor to join their site based team carrying out a key rail infrastructure project.

The Role

Subcontract Package Management (NR/NEC main options, supply and Professional Service subcontracts)
▪ Budget Management – monitoring of cost against contract prices and target.
▪ Cost Reporting and allocation
▪ Forecasting – cost to complete
▪ Cost Value Reconciliation reporting
▪ NECSubcontract Preparation and Administration
▪ Labour supply package management.

Skills/Experience Required

– Degee qualifed

– Tier 1/2 Contractor background

– Rail project experience

– Proven NEC contract administration
