We have an exciting opportunity for a methodical Voids Officer to join our Property Services Voids Team. You will be predominantly based at our office in Wooburn Green and also be required to travel occasionally to our other offices. You will be expected to take full ownership of comprehensive workload management for the voids repairs team, effectively coordinate void repairs processes and project plan work to ensure that all necessary repairs are completed and properties are handed back for letting in line with voids standard.
The ideal candidate for this role will have a can-do attitude, be results driven, proactive and extremely organised. The skills experience and knowledge, required to succeed in this position include; great communication and negotiation skills, contractor management, Project planning, workload management and building stakeholder relationships to ensure that the team meet required void repairs key performance indicators. Due to the nature of the role a full driving licence and vehicle is required.
