Our client is a residential developer and have a number of residential developments within Berkshire, Hertfordshire, Oxfordshire, Surrey and London

They have an immediate requirement for a Technical Manager to join the business.

The successful candidate will be the technical lead on a residential development consisting of 260 traditionally built houses. The project is currently halfway through.

The role will include working from the head office based in Beaconsfield and the project office based in Camberley.

You must have experience of working with traditionally built houses and ideally in volume, however this is not essential. Reporting directly to the Technical Director, the key within this role is to review a number of third-party design issues and work to resolve them. Liaising with the project team and consultants to ensure the programme is being hit. Chairing weekly technical meetings and taking control of the process in general.
