HGV & TRUCK FOREMAN – IVER, BUCKINGHAMSHIRE
Who we are looking for
We are looking for someone who is multi-skilled as a HGV and Truck Mechanic to take charge of a productive workshop.
In addition to this, we are looking for people who have:
* A good understanding of DVSA regulations
* Fault-finding competence
* Supervision experience
Advantageous experience:
* HGV NVQ Level 3 qualification
* Experience with DAF’s Scania, Mercedes and MAN’s
About the role
Type: Permanent
Location: Iver, Buckinghamshire
Salary: £45,000 – £50,000
Hours: 08:00 – 18:00
To supervise and direct a team of HGV technicians and take charge of a productive workshop while undertaking the full range of duties of a multi-skilled HGV mechanic, ensuring that all trucks and testable trailers are maintained to the highest standards, including the routine servicing of generator engines. In addition, to work in conjunction with the Workshop Supervisor to prioritise workloads and maximise efficiency and health and safety.
