New Homes Trainee Sales Executive 

Milton Keynes

Up to £21,000  + Package 

My client is a largely succesfull national housing developer and due to continued growth are seeking an Trainee New Home Sales Advisor in the Northampton/Milton Keynes area.

For this role you will be a motivated and confident sales person with strong negotiation and relationship building skills. You will have a flexible approach and be happy to travel as new sites open. This role will involve working weekends as this is the busiest time for sales! 

Key Responsibilities:

×         Achieve sales targets and prices

×         Work closely with the Site Manager

×         Greet, build rapport and qualify visitors

×         Competent MS Word and Excel skills, and confident using new computer systems

×         Follow up potential leads with customers

×         Negotiating of prices

×         Keep up to date with the progress of sales and liaise with Estate Agents, Lenders, Solicitors and Brokers

×         Keep in contact with customers regarding progress of the build and the sale

×         Valid UK driving license with own transport essential

The ideal candidate

The successful candidate will demonstrate a minimum of 1 year’s face to face selling experience. You will be flexible, motivated and a confident individual, able to take calculated risks to reach objectives.
