Temporary Data Entry Administrator
This is a work from home role.
General administrative support in managing the QMS in box for the Quality Assurance QMS team.
Key Responsibilities:
To perform data extraction and entry tasks received in QMS inbox.
Paper and electronic document filing and document retention
Record keeping and status tracking associated with QA Systems
Position Requirements
Administrative experience and computer skills required especially in excel
Good organisational skills and the ability to work to deadlines.
Self-starter with a good eye for detail and ability to complete tasks/objectives
A willingness to develop knowledge or experience data entry into new data bases e.g. master control, veeva.
Key Competencies specific to the role

Takes responsibility for ensuring key deliverables.
