This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced and motivated Sales Administrator to join a highly successful and driven business who are rapidly expanding. The role is offered on a full time permanent contact
Overview:
Reporting into the Sales Director, this is a hands-on role working with the sales team to support them and manage the workflow through the sales department effectively.
Key responsibilities include:
Load all sales orders and schedules onto ERP system
Manage stock allocation to customers (backorders and future orders)
Manage outbound shipping dates to customers and run 'Shipments' regularly throughout each working day
Work with the sales team and with colleagues in other departments to improve processes, efficiencies and reduce errors.
Support the sales team by working with inbound delivery reconciliation to ensure key customer delivery dates are adhered to
Support the sales team and manage workload throughout within the department, ensuring the team are able to effectively carry out their roles
Manage the Division's error and improvement log, by logging issues, tracking progress and resolution across all departments
Ensure customers receive outstanding support where all their expectations and requirements are met, ensuring BFC remain their preferred supplier of choice
Work with the warehouse team to ensure the customer orders are dispatched in an orderly and timely manner
Skills & Experience:
Proven customer service within a sales environment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong attention to detail
Ability to work independently, as well as in a team and demonstrate initiative
Good MS Office skills, including ExcelWhat's in it for me?
A starting salary of £22,000 – £24,000
40 hour week working week Mon – Fri
