Client Investment Services Coordinator

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Client Investment Services Coordinator to work alongside the Partners and other business teams at Eight Wealth Management Ltd, who are an Appointed Representative and Principal Partner of St. James’s Place Wealth Management Plc.
This business is well established and highly successful.
St. James’s Place Wealth Management plc (SJP) is a leading, and highly regarded, FTSE 100 UK Wealth Management company which distributes a range of Investment and Retirement products and financial solutions to a High Net Worth client base. SJP has funds under management in excess of £130bn.
Essential Job Functions:
You will be working with Partners and other business teams in all aspects of the following:
* Submit and process all new business (excluding mortgages) including Protection; UFPLS; Ad hoc DD withdrawals
* Prepare packs for presentation of pre-approved replacement business
* Chase encashment proceeds for replacement business and liaise with clients in this regard
* Monitor all business submissions through to issue and deal with any related queries
* Prepare trust paperwork required for submission of new business
* Maintain accurate records of new business submissions, Suitability Letter completion, and replacement business progress
* Use CRM to record all client interactions
* Support advisers and PAs, as appropriate, in relation to new business processes
* Pipeline chase for advisors
* Deal with any error correction work by liaising with Partnership Accounts and the Admin Centre’s
* Write MIFID Switch Letters
* Preparation and Submission of Withdrawals for existing Investments
Knowledge and skills needed to perform the role:
* SJP Processes – how the admin centre works and understanding the importance of the deadlines in the process
* Product Knowledge – Pensions, Investments (Unit trust, ISA, Bonds, EIS, ITS, VCT), International Investments, Protection
* Systems Knowledge – CRM and iBusiness
* Knowledge of our client base
